OneCast is a social scheduling and publishing product. If something isn't working, you need help connecting a platform, or you have a billing or account question, email us and we'll get back to you.

What to expect
- Support is async email only — no live chat or phone.
- We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Complex platform or billing issues may take longer.
- There is no public status page yet. If a platform is degraded on their side, we'll note it in our reply when we know about it.
